  24. <B>Stock of Client/Server Software Quality Tool Vendor
  25. Now Traded on NASDAQ National Market</B>

  27. NEWTON CENTRE, MA, March 28, 1996 -- Segue Software, Inc. today announced
  28. the initial public offering of its stock on the NASDAQ National
  29. Market. The company was listed as SEGU and the stock was priced
  30. at $18.00 per share. Two million shares of common stock was issued
  31. by the company, with an additional 750,000 shares offered by selling
  32. shareholders. Segue Software intends to use the net proceeds of
  33. the offering for general corporate purposes, including working
  34. capital.

  36. The stock offering was led by Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc., with
  37. Adams, Harkness & Hill, Inc., and Soundview Financial Group,
  38. Inc., also serving as underwriters. "We're proud to offer
  39. Segue's stock to the public markets," said Elisabeth Elterman,
  40. Segue's president and chief executive officer. "Organizations
  41. are increasingly relying on software testing tools to improve
  42. software quality, reduce development costs, and decrease the time
  43. to develop and deploy applications. We believe that Segue's QualityWorks
  44. family of software testing tools enables these organizations to
  45. successfully address the challenges of software development."
